Fraser Tanner joined Batch in 2000 from the world of foreign exchange, where he had rolled out an internet trading solution for business-to-business payments through the international banking systems. In developing first Batch and now Batch For Books to improve the flow of information between companies within the book trade, Fraser has been instrumental in winning industry awards.
Izzy joined Batch permanently in 2022 after a long career delivering a broad range of business solutions within the retail and bio-pharmaceutical sectors. Whist a recent addition to the team, Izzy’s association with Batch started in 2016 whilst integrating Batch solutions across the supply chain for a large retailer. In her new role, Izzy will be working alongside Fraser to deliver the Batch business strategy with a particular focus on data-based customer feedback and continuous improvement.
Simon liaises with vendors to develop the operational interfaces to their systems. He is also developing links to US accounting and POS systems. Simon sits on a number of industry steering groups and co-ordinates with our external IT experts on new developments.
A long-time veteran of the indie bookstore community, Nathan manages the Batch for Books program in the US. He works closely with bookstores and book vendors to help them most effectively use Batch for Books and provide support for any and all user inquiries.
